MOBILITY for life

Even small movements can make a big difference. If you feel like you’ve lost the ability to move smoothly or just feel like nothing seems to work like it used to, please don’t be discouraged.

Turn the focus to what you can do. Start small. Be patient. Notice and celebrate even the smallest of progressions.

Mobility for Life classes focus on seated stretches and workouts to challenge us to move our body in a new way – promoting range of motion, strength, balance, and coordination. Wednesday classes focus on gentle movement and stretching. On Fridays we focus on strength, stability and getting that heart rate up.
